Shipping Delivery Policy (Services):
1) To ensure that your order reaches you in our standard time (6 to 12 working days) and in good condition, we will ship through third party logistics collaborators which in turn will use services of delhivery, Ecom Express, E kart, Fedex, Xpressbees etc. We may avail services of indian postal service if the pin code is not catered to by any of the above , in which case, delivery may take more time (if non speed post location is to be serviced)
2) If Pincode given by you is not serviceable or we are not able to ship the material then, you have to give us alternate address and pin code.
3) If the product is not received in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package, take some pictures of the damaged package and mention reason for not accepting the order and send us an e-mail at contacturvara@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number and attach pictures. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest or refund whichever you choose.
4) Delivery time mentioned above is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on the availability of a product, and address where the product is to be delivered and courier company’s rules.
Note: If your address is not serviceable by any of the above mentioned means, then, customer will have to collect physically from nearest location of courier.
