Return and Refund Policy

Order cancellation

If a customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order, then they have to contact our email id – contacturvara@gmail.com. CLEARLY MENTIONING in the subject line Order Cancellation. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by us via email.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is shipped, customer cannot cancel the order. If they still want to cancel then refer to refunds policy.

 If the customer has placed an order through Online Payment and cancels the order, then we will process for a refund within 10 working days.

Refunds

A refund will be considered only if the request is made within 3 days of receiving an order. (If the product is damaged, Duplicate or quantity varies) or is cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order if order has been placed by mistake or wrong product selected. No refund shall be entertained after the said period.

The return & refund will be processed only when –

1) It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

2) The product is same of what was shipped to you

3) The product is returned in original condition.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items or wrong product delivered, please report the same to our email id contacturvara@gmail.com. The request will, however, be entertained if above conditions are met. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.

NOTE: If you have done online payment and you are canceling the order without any proper reason, the payment gateway charge 3% plus GST which will be deducted from your refund amount.

To request a refund, simply mail us on contacturvara@gmail.com with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email/message after ordering) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we seriously consider customer feedback and improve our products and quality of service based on your feedback. Refunds are being processed after customer support team validate and analyze issue, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to hub. Once the refund is processed we will intimate you through EMAIL or SMS with the refund transaction details.

To complete your return, please share your proof of purchase.

The refund is possible if the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and with the invoice. Only when the product will reach premises we will refund you your amount after8-10 days. NOTE: For refund, the name of the customer must be the same as registered on our website and on your bank account name

Products made are of highest quality. Still plant processes like Growing, flowering and fruiting are dependent on many climatic conditions like kind of soil, water (hard or soft), humidity and temperature beyond our control as is the performance of the biological agents in our products.

Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune

Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size or fragrance. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so
